Climbs & Holds
It is recommended that you have some Pole experience Ie: Beginner spin, Beginner Spins & Transitions but it is not mandatory It is recommend that for this class you bring / wear: Pole Shorts, Sports Bra, Tank Top *HEELS OPTIONAL*Get ready to climb! You may be getting gym class flashbacks from high-school of that damn rope climb they forced us to do, do not fear this class is way better than that. In this class we will teach you how to actually climb vs the scramble you may be envisioning.
This class focuses on 3 basic Pole climbs (basic, b-hook & forearm) as well as basic upright holds. As you begin to master each climb and your individual holds, we will begin to challenge you by creating beautiful combinations with your vertical travel.
This class is amazing for building strength and endurance and will have you prepped and ready for when you move into your inverted journey.
