In this class you will learn how to Climb your Pole, as well as how to hold different poses and positions on the pole. This class is designed for Beginners and focuses on building strength, taking your time to complete each movement and gaining confidence in your new skills. There are endless amounts of different holds to learn and we take it class by class until you have them all.
