Puppy Love Yoga

Join us for an adorable 90 mins of yoga with PUPPIES

Experience the mood-boosting effects of getting smothered with love from adorable puppies while giving your body some extra love and care through yoga.

Full Body Burn

Full body circuit training - helps to lose weight, reduce the volume of body fat while giving your muscles a beautiful tone and improving your overall health!

We specifically focus on working with each muscle group in one whole workout cycle.

With full body circuit training we not only target fat burning but also focus on:

- accelerating metabolism;

- maintaining muscle volume

Chair Dance

Chair dance class is an exhilarating way to try something new, break a sweat and learn a new craft. In every Chair Dance class, we warm up, run drills, work on our tricks, and learn a short, choreographed routine. We will break everything down piece by piece and you will feel like a pro in no time.  These classes focus on using your chair as a prop, while you learn sensual movements that are specifically designed for Chair Dancing and ones that show off your best assets.  Chair dancing is so much fun and a great workout.

Siren Styles

Sensual movement vs sexual motion is the theme of our Siren Styles class, this class is designed to teach you how to move your body sensually, how to feel amazing in the skin you are in, tapping you into your inner goddess; who you may not have seen in a while. In this class you will learn a 30-45 sec choreographed routine that can be done in bare feet, runners, or heels, leggings, joggers, shorts or fishnets whatever feels most comfortable. Come as you are, leave with your head held a little higher and a beautiful goddess glow. This class is 60 mins which includes: Warm up, Drills, Choreo break down, learning time, class review and cool down. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Whatever you want to move your body in 

Heels Dance

Learn how to walk, stroll, strut and float across the floor in your favorite pair of heels. In this class you will learn 30-45 sec mini choreographed routines to your favorite songs, you will learn how to move your body to the music, all the while feeling amazing and having a great time. This class is 60 mins which includes: Warm up, Drills, Choreo break down, learning time, class review and cool down. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Dance Fit

Get ready to sweat and shake it! If you love to dance and like to workout then you will LOVE this new class. We have taken the fun of being a little sassy, mixed it in with exciting dance movements, added the benefits of working out and swirled them all together to make this awesome class that will have you laughing, sweating and loving every minute. This class is specifically designed to work the entire body head to toe and this class is 60 mins which includes: Warm up, combo breakdowns, dance time, and cool down. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Yin Yoga

This tranquil Before Bed Yin class incorporates gentle, passive, and prolonged stretches with  breath to release tension, enhance flexibility, calm the nervous system, and prepare both body and mind for a peaceful night's sleep.

Choreo with Jesse

This is a Co-Ed Class and a fun way to get introduced to that “Magic Mike” experience. This class focuses on hip hop grooves/fundamentals, while expressing that sensual side. In this class we will show you how to tap into your inner “Mike” and connect with your body. Learning the basics of counting beats and finding your rhythm, we guarantee a fun creative class to show off to that special Someone.

Core Strength

Join us for this alignment-focused class, designed for all levels and backgrounds. Get ready to feel the burn as we tone, strengthen, and stretch every muscle in your body. From beginner to pro, this class will elevate your Core Strength and leave you feeling like a superstar. Come and join the Core Crew and find out why we're all obsessed with this amazing workout!

Barre

A fun, challenging and dynamic class that will have you sweating and  working your flexibility. This class is designed to increase you endurance while shaping, toning and lengthening your muscles.

Exotic Floorwork

Are you ready for it? Do you have your knee pads and Your favorite heels? Well bring a big jug of water because it is going to be HOT! This 60 min choreography class is designed to move you in ways you have never thought of before. The music is loud, the movements are hard hitting and the vibe is “OH MY!” All levels are welcomed and encouraged to experience our Exotic Floorwork class; let out your inner femme fatale and enjoy the ride. 

This class is 60 mins which includes: Warm up, Drills, Choreo break down, learning time, class review and cool down. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Yoga

Yoga at the studio. This class is designed to let you take an hour just for you, practicing foundational yoga poses, working on your flexibility, strengthening your body and your mind. In this class you will focus on your breathing and enjoy a guided meditation as well. This class is perfect for everyone, whether you are a dancer looking to improve your flexibility, a yoga enthusiast or you are new to all of it.
